Senior Developer - C#, React, Agile, Kanban

Exciting opportunity for a Senior Software Developer to join a business during a 3 year IT Transformation. Joining a team of Developers and Testers which is growing you will work with the product development team on a range of projects. It is a very collaborative team, and the role would give you the opportunity to support the business as they develop a number of exciting new products!

They also offer flexible working hours between 7am-6pm which you can flex daily to suit your life needs!

The team put the needs of the user / customer first; delivering service excellence and continually "raising the bar".

Key responsibilities will include:

*Producing technical specifications for features/new applications and creating estimates for work, from those technical specifications

*Writing and unit testing new software from technical specifications to the required quality and standards

*Work with the team to identify strategies for stabilising the code base of core products

*Estimating effort for development work

*Peer review code to ensure standards are met

*Interfacing with the Architecture, QA and Applications Support teams to ensure smooth project delivery

*Escalating any concerns or issues, relating to project slippage to the Development/Delivery Manager

*Problem solving & mentoring junior developers

Key Tech Stack

*Microsoft Visual Studio, C#/ASP.NET and IIS 6+.

*UI, React

*JavaScript, XML, XSLT & AJAX.
