Programmatic Account Manager - Permanent - London - £38000 - £42000

Job purpose:

My client is looking for a Programmatic Account Manager. As a Programmatic Account Manager, you will play a role in the day to day execution and the strategic coordination within a client trading team to drive programmatic performance and provide direction and development to senior account executives and account executives.

You will work closely with the other members of the FAST organisation to drive client campaign success across programmatic. The role will include account management responsibilities, strategy building and ensuring operational efficiencies are being delivered. Account Managers will run point on client deliverables and support with strategy recommendations and campaign success. The account manager should be a Programmatic Trading expert who strives for campaign performance excellence while being able to manage both operational methodologies and strategic plans for a multi-market client.

Reporting structure:

The Programmatic Account Manager role will report into the Programmatic Account Director with day to day client responsibilities and career development objectives.

Responsibilities & Competencies:

Operations

*Full oversight over client engagements including support with delivery, measurement, reporting, client communication and contribution to strategy.

*Responsible for quality assurance and control on the set up of campaigns, optimisation's, available inventory reporting, and regular client reporting deliverables.

*Work with the Account Director and Account Managers to review, develop and put in place improvements in the operational capabilities, workflows or new technology

*Manage the day to day tasks allocation, ensuring efficiency and accuracy and be accountable for partner communication and deliverables including managing IOs, fees, discrepancies, and reconciliation.

*Work with suitable technology partners and internal stakeholders in generating and deploying a Programmatic data strategy.

*Act as the day to day contact responsible for communicating pace and performance, optimisation's, troubleshooting, campaign launches, and reporting.

*To create client bespoke optimisation methodology driving media efficiencies and performance.

Integrated Planning & Insights

*Partner with internal and external stakeholders to generate campaign insights, channel insights, brand insights and business level insights.

*Aid management in providing deliverables for wrap up reporting including reporting and analysis, insights, and visualisation.

*Work with the Account Director and Account Managers to identify and deliver integrated planning across active channels.

*Analyse data, interpret, and communicate insights from multiple sources to make complex optimisation's to enhance pace and performance.

*Demonstrate the ability to analyse audience data and activate against them cross channel across multiple platforms.

*Plan client activity via leveraging holistically connect insights across multiple digital channels.

Strategy

*Work with the Account Director in elevating the companies Programmatic strategy to a position where it can assist in client strategy.

*Support the broader client services organisation by providing Point of View recommendations on new partner technologies, optimisation's and methodologies.

*Support incremental analysis and pitching as directed by management team.

*Provide thought-leadership to clients, contributing to blogs and case studies.

*Maintaining a top-level view of programmatic display strategy for all clients within your sub-team and discussing expansion opportunities with the Programmatic Account Director.

*Keeping up to date with the latest programmatic trends, betas and new features.

People Development

*Coaching, Mentoring and Developing senior account executives and account executives including assisting the Account Director
