Infrastructure EngineerBracknellUp to £269 per day(SC Cleared) My client are looking to hire an experienced Infrastructure professional to join their team on an interim basis based in Bracknell. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Technically Impact Change Requests on System Center Service ManagerEscalation Point for OS and Hardware: SFL IT Infrastructure Estate (F-Intra, S-Intra and SAP-Intra)Security Hardening of IT Estate: Firmware and OS Maintenance, including Microsoft & 3rd Party App PatchingAssist with the implementation of Infrastructure projects on the Westinghouse account.Documentation and ComplianceRegularly review and update own processes and proceduresReview and Approve processes and procedures from other resolver groupsAssist 2nd line team with Incidents and Service RequestsCover 2nd line team in times of absence. SKILLS:Windows Server (2008 or later)Windows 7 Desktop (or later)Active DirectoryDNSDHCPGroup Policy ObjectsServer Failure DebuggingAnti-VirusServer and Desktop PatchingCreation and management of knowledge base articlesAuthoring operational support guides An active SC clearance is required for this role although candidates without will still be considered.
