What we're looking for:

Do you have experience within Risk Management, Technology Resilience, Cyber Resilience or Supply Chain Resilience?

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Resilience Manager with excellent experience in Business Continuity based in either Bromley, Glasgow, Bristol or Leeds!

You will also need a deep understanding of the following standards: Building the UK financial sector's operational resilience Discussion Paper: 2018; Organisational Resilience ISO22316:2017 and Business Continuity: ISO22301:2012

Who you'll be working with:

The Business Resilience team form part of the Information Security, Risk & Assurance function and our mission statement is 'to drive a culture and practice of resilience into the heart of DLG, enabling it to adapt, prevent and respond to disruption'.

What you'll be doing:

Management of stakeholder relationships the protect disciplines including 1LOD, 2LOD, Technology Risk, Property, IT Service Continuity, Crisis Response and Physical security.

You will establish and maintain resilience KRI's and controls to quantify, report and track levels of Organisational Resilience across the group.

Supporting directorates in maintaining Business Continuity/Resilience Plans in accordance with DLG risk management policies.

You will comply with Business Resilience Minimum Standards and undertaking quality assurance

Delivery of Training & Awareness activities across the business

Supporting the Business Resilience Lead to delivery Resilience activities including: reporting, exercising, risk assessments aligned to the DLG Resilience programme and model

End to end process mapping, analysing and Resilience profile creation
