Change Analyst - Infrastructure - HampshireChange Analyst - Infrastructure - Hampshire - Our client who is in good shape in the current climate are looking for a Change Analyst to join their infrastructure team. You will have abroad understanding of Change Management within all aspects of Infrastructure and Networks. The role will involve heavy involvement with third parties and outsourcers. You will be part of the team as an IT Change Analyst. As an IT Change Analyst, you will be part of a team that will have the responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of projects through initiation, definition, execution, testing, and implementation.

•Experience and knowledge of change management methodologies, approaches, and tools.•An appreciation for DevOps methods (communication, collaboration, integration & automation).•Certification, or desire to work towards certification, in a change management methodology highly desirable.•Working knowledge of industry-standard project management methodologies and project life cycles highly desirable.•Understanding of the impact of change, and the interdependencies with and impact on the business•Possesses a distinctive blend of business acumen and IT Infrastructure/Development knowledge.•Broad understanding of IT organisation functions, and stays abreast of technology trends.
