Security Analyst (Penetration Testing SOC Threat Hunting). Exciting opportunity for a bright Security Analyst to join a rapidly expanding start-up that have created an innovative security platform from scratch to identify threats and vulnerabilities in customer networks. This is a challenging and interesting role which will essentially involve a mixture of Security Operations and Penetration Testing. You'll be working alongside a highly intellectual team who will support you and help you to become an industry expert.

As a Security Analyst you will be delivering critical information about issues affecting customer networks and will apply your knowledge of networks, infrastructure, applications and security to identify threats and help mitigate future attacks. You will also be working alongside the development team on an exciting Greenfield project; designing and building an automated detection algorithm that will be capable of automating investigations.

Based in London, you'll be joining a friendly and supportive company.

Requirements:

Penetration Testing and Security Operations experience

Understanding and an interest in low level concepts including operating systems and networking

Understanding of key security concepts and protocols

Degree educated (2:1 or above) from a Russell group university in Computer Science or similar

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Strong problem solving skills

Must have the desire to understand and learn new concepts
