Active requirement for a Dynamics CRM 3rd Line Support Consultant to join an established and diverse team at the UKs leading Innovation and Research Hub, furthermore a reputable Microsoft Gold Partner for Dynamics Solutions.This is a great opportunity for a candidate with 1-2 year's experience supporting Dynamics CRM to build on their experience in a supportive, growing business who are reputable for providing best in class, CRM solutions to a host of elite customers. Having won a number of industry awards for their commitment to customer service and the Microsoft channel, you will work in a cutting edge environment, with a friendly, hardworking team, and gaining expert level training in the latest Dynamics advancements.Based from their Birmingham offices, the role offers a great chance to be progressed to the next level of your career. This role has been released with the view of the successful person being in house trained to become a skilled Dynamics CRM Developer.Securing three enterprise level Dynamics 365 Projects - you will provide 3rd Line support to the existing clients, but shadow a senior developer and learn c#.NET in order for you to transition and to provide support development to new clients.As well as on the job training, you will be supported through your MSCE Certifications, and due to the research nature of the company - you will work on some of the first Dynamics Projects to have Artificial Intelligence implemented.With 26 Days holiday, 1 days home working (can be increased dependant on commute length) and company laptop/phone you will also work to flexi-time - enabling you to feel the work/life balance the company actively promote as part of their ethos.
