For our fast moving consumer good client from Duesseldorf we are currently looking for VBA consultant (90 Percent remote).

Background:

The client is running a comprehensive business transformation program facilitating the implementation of a globally aligned and harmonized Supply Chain including Purchasing. For the first time for the Client, there will be end-to-end, standardized supply chain process. Being part of the Client Strategy, this program is a key initiative for the scalable business model. The Program organization with lean and simplified operations aims to enhance Client's competitiveness by leveraging on Client's combined potential, boosting process efficiency

Tasks:

The Master Plan application provides tools:

- Oversee that all reports are collected on time and load the reports into the Master Plan tool

- Make sure that all reports are collected on time and load the reports into the Master Plan tool

- Update the overall integrated plan based on the individual input

- Export the weekly reports for all projects and provide the reporting template to all projects

- Update the resource management database on a monthly level based on the input from the resource planning stakeholders

- Engage and coach individual project managers and work stream leads to work with the Master Plan

- Coordinate adoption of the plan

- Facilitate ongoing adherence to the planning and reporting processes

- Safeguard that all identified streams and projects are working to the defined process and standard for resource management

- Oversee that all defined updates and reports are performed to the set frequency

- Manage any conflicts, overload and supply issues that are identified and highlighted for appropriate remedial action

- Ensure quality of all programs and fix any bugs in the programmed interfaces of all tools usedEnhance Platform

- Implement new functionalities into the Master Plan by programming new modules for new sub phases and new projects

- Program and modify all interfaces between the back-end module and the reports generated based on required changes

- Program new reports for the Dashboard

Skills:

- Strong VBA Programming skills

- Experience in Project Management

- Good knowledge in MS Project

- Good knowledge in MS Access

- Good knowledge in Excel 7 MS Powerpoint

- MS Query

- SQL

- Sharepoint

- English is a must as it is an international project.
