With the recent expansion of their Research & Development department, they are now looking for a Design Manager to join their expert team.In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the R&D department. You will be overseeing all work on an exciting range of new and existing electro mechanical projects, whilst also being hands on yourself. You will also be responsible for the training and development of each team member, ensuring they are motivated and working to the highest possible standard. This role would therefore suit a Design Manager with Mechanical & Electrical experience who is looking to take on a new challenge, running the R&D department at an industry leading company, whilst working on innovating projects.
