Our client is looking for a a Head of Customer Delivery Operations to ensure that the delivery of their Service customers meet the expected goals in terms of customer satisfaction, innovation, adherence to contractual terms, governance and compliance and auditability. The role involves:Providing and driving the operational strategy, including ensuring that all processes are fit for purpose and that those processes have the required KPIs and metrics to inform on possible improvementsDriving ability to attract, retain and develop outstanding talent.Working with all stakeholders to ensure the focus on maintaining existing high standards of all aspects of service delivery whilst driving the continuous improvement of underlying processes to improve utilisation and customer satisfaction.Working with the Sales team to identify and drive new revenue from existing customersThe right candidate will be able to act with autonomy to deliver against commitments, demonstrate thought leadership, be passionate about customer service and continuous service improvement and be able to drive strategy and budgeting.2:1 or higher University DegreePrevious Programme Management experienceExperience of managing service delivery teamsContract negotiation skillsSkilled in business and process changeExcellence in creating a working environment that drives excellence and collaborationExperience of all development methodsUnderstanding of compliance and audit standardsStakeholder management experienceProven commercial experience, encompassing budget managementAccomplished presentation skills to senior groupsThis a great role in a great business.
