Support Engineer (SC)

My client urgently requires a Support Engineer to be located at the clients customer site in Edinburgh.

Details:

> Roles - Support Engineer

> Start - ASAP

> Duration - 3 months

> Clearance - SC clearance

> Location - Edinburgh

- Day to Day Duties & Expectations: they will be resolving incident tickets, requests, stock requests. General issue troubleshooting and assistance of the workforce there.

- Candidate Skills & Experience in detail: good level of customer engagement experience as they will be based full-time on customer site and the sole presence of Computacenter. Will also need to have experience of Office365 and Windows10

- Technologies & Applications they will be using: Office 365, ServiceNow. ITSM.

- Working alone physically, but will have wider engineering and service management team they will engage with remotely
