Senior Business Analyst / Business Analyst Lead / Business Analyst / CRM / IBM / Oracle / SAP / Cloud / BPM / UML / Permanent / £45k-£55k

The client:

The client is a well established organisation seeking a Business Analyst and a Senior Business Analyst within their Bedfordshire Office.

The Responsibilities:

*Understanding the needs of multiple stakeholders.

*Identifying current and future-state business processes

*Creating, analysing, and validating detailed functional specifications.

The Requirements:

*Experience with CRM systems and data driven marketing, sales and service platforms (SAP, IBM, Oracle etc.)

*Experience with elicitation methods including business process modeling (BPM), UML, use cases and prototyping

*Substantial experience of delivering large data migration projects, specifically understanding the uses of data to drive business deliverables such as campaigns and reporting
