I have partnered up with a leading Digital Transformation Consultancy in Leeds City Centre who are looking to add to their existing delivery function by recruiting an experienced Business Consultant (Wealth) with a background in delivering software projects. The role is due to growth and an expanding project pipeline, with the long term focus being career progression and the opportunity to grow an agile team of consultants.Your role will be to define business solutions with clients within the financial sector and to advise on implementation options. To do so effectively you will be tasked with gathering requirements and work closely with technical and non-technical teams.In terms of requirements, the ideal candidate would be able to offer a range of skills. However rather than just regurgitate the Job description, the client has highlighted to me some key skills they are looking for.Wealth Management - A strong background in the financial industry (Fintech, Pension, Insurance, wealth management or asset management), would be beneficial for the role. As my client is looking to grow the existing client base within the financial industry.Stakeholder Management - Due to this organisation working on projects on Enterprise scales, you will be required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.Agile background - Working with an Agile methodology aids the delivery of a successful solution. Therefore experience working in an Agile environment is an essential requirement for the role. Any Agile related certifications/qualification would be a plus, but not essential.
