Service Technician - Entry Level Opportunity

Leyland, Lancashire (with travel required throughout Leyland and the surrounding area)

Now, they're looking for a Service Technician to join their team based in Leyland, Lancashire.

The Role

 

As a Service Technician, you'll maintain, repair, modify and support the delivery of medical products to hospitals throughout Leyland and the surrounding area.

 

Carrying out tasks in-line with quality processes, you'll clean, test and repair products, ensuring they are ready for patients to use.

 

You'll install products at customer sites, communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner and deliver basic product training when required.

 

Additionally, you'll complete and record electrical safety testing, keep an inventory of products and spare parts and take good care of your company vehicle and tools.

 

As part of your role, you'll be required to take part in a 24/7 on-call rota.

 

About You

 

To be considered as a Service Technician, you'll need:

 

- A full, valid driving licence

- A strong customer focus

- Good communication skills

- The ability to take part in a 24/7 on-call rota

 

Experience within a hospital or caregiving environment would be beneficial, as would an electrical safety testing qualification.
