O365 User Adoption Specialist - Remote - £350 - 6 months My client is looking for an O365 Adoption Specialist to maximise the full offerings of the Office 365 suite (SharePoint Online and MS Teams) whilst also providing training. Extensions are highly likely as there is a planned road map for 2020. This role will be predominantly remote based with visits to the Hampshire office for meetings and workshops.

Main objectives:

Knowledge Transfer

    • Group Function & Local Country Knowledge Bases
    • Sharing business standards, best practices, operational procedures, catalogues, toolkits, training

Team Working

    • Online collaboration spaces for Project Stakeholders, Business Teams, Steering Committees, External partners
    • Real-time collaboration on tasks, plans, co-editing on documents
    • Sharing team content, news and information

Internal Communication

    • Group & Country Homepages: central points to publish/share/access information
    • Sharing Corporate Comms content, general info, business news, branding, newcomer info
    • People Directory: find and contact colleagues locally and across the Group

Digital Dexterity and Adoption

    • Country understanding of Collaboration solutions
    • Country engagement to increase workforce Digital Dexterity and drive Adoption
    • Group IS and Business: Shared ownership of DW Governance

The new team member needs to focus on:

  • Deliver O365 Collaboration pilots with multiple countries
  • Deliver Internal Communication pilots
  • Support & guide country rollouts
  • Training tools & train the trainer


  • Excellent SPO/O365 Functional knowledge
  • Business Analyst/Change management experience:Business engagement (workshop via skype/in person)/User Story gathering /understands needs/solution adoption
  • User Onboarding, Super User & Train the Trainer Training, Site owner Training / onboarding support on O365 tools (SPO is a primary focus, but MSteams would be a desirable)
  • Document success stories for Group communication
  • Update/create articles on the Adoption Centre (adoption of O365/collab tools)
