Head of Engineering - B2C AI Start-up, LondonMy client is a huge disruptor in the Artificial Intelligence space. They are a late-stage startup and are looking to kick on and make the jump from startup to SME.Making a steady and gradual global presence, they need a Head of Engineering to head up their engineering function, ideally who has had experience scaling start ups! They are looking for someone who comes from a strong coding background, but who has since moved into a leadership role. You'll be heavily involved in architecture discussions, leading teams from an engineering vision perspective as well as day to day product enhancements. They'll be looking for you to build a strong by the book engineering culture, and at the same time understand the value of diversity in the work place. Through carrying out weekly sprints you will identify the successful goals aligned to the overall company strategy and mission, manage and coach technical leads across backend, frontend and data science, and write outstanding code, defining their future architecture.If you'd be interested to find out more, please apply with a copy of your CV and I'll be in touch!
