With 3 roles available within this areas, the general focus of the roles will be to lead teams of analysts and product managers, and work cross functionally across Product, channels and Technology to deliver a great customer shopping experience. The roles involve strong technical / analytics skills as well as leadership/ management experience with technical teams (software/ engineering / Consultancy / data analytics etc.)Perfect opportunity for someone looking for an evenly split role between managed and technical whilst having the opportunity to progress into senior or strategic management longer termThe role;* Lead Analytics Manager
* Supply chain
* 50% technical / 50% Leadership
* Managing analysts and product manager (2-4 people)
* Stakeholder management - Development/ Retail leadership/ data analysts, buyers, Ops teams.
* SQL, Excel
* Hadoop Platform
* Progression into senior management / directorship longer term!The Person;*People management experience (small or large teams)
*Experience of leading technical teams (Software, data, analytics, engineering or consultancy)
*Data analytics background
*Some development, coding or scripting knowledge (Ideally SQL but any language)
*Ideally degree qualified but will look at very experienced candidates without
