Customer Success ManagerGlasgow£35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus & Retention Scheme I'm working alongside a leading Microsoft Gold Partner who have established an undeniable reputation within the SharePoint, Office 365 and Azure space in Glasgow, Scotland and the wider UK.Recently they've developed a completely bespoke Software solution that is revolutionising the way businesses communicate internally, but also with their customer base - trust me, this is going to save 1000's of people time, effort and money - a truly quality product! If you are currently working within a SaaS based Sales environment - but aren't getting the ability to work on new releases, advances in the Azure space, or directly with Customer & Clients of various sizes from small companies to large multi-thousand strong enterprise businesses - then this is the role for you. Can you contribute to the design, architecture and adoption of a bespoke application/product?

Can you work alongside a team of specialised Software Developers to deliver configurable platforms that are at the forefront of the technology space?

Comfortable working within Agile teams and want more exposure to Azure DevOps Practices?Working with customers at all levels, engaging in training of super-user across the Client base, working on retentions and up-selling come easy to you?Brilliant - I want to speak with you! You will be monitoring the way that your customers are using this platform, analysing data trends to see how your Customer experience can be improved and built upon so you should be able to complete ownership of Renewal schedules, reporting of system features and upselling future module releases! Soft skills are a huge part of the way that Consultancies drive their business forward, so you should be comfortable holding conversations with stakeholders of all levels - from end users at their desk, to C-suite in a boardroom like an episode of Dragons Den (not much chance of walking away with £100,000 in cash though - sorry). If you think this is something you could excel at, something you'd be keen to know more about, or even just fancy a chat because you're waiting for the train home and your Bluetooth headphones have run out of battery - give me a call on 0191 261 3265 or send your CV to [email protected] for more info!
