Position: Solutions consultantLocation: London/UK wideSalary: £85,000 + £4,700 car allowance As a solutions consultant you will act as the technical lead throughout the sales process ensuring that opportunities for sales are maximised and successfully closed. You will engage with partners and internal resources as an when required. You will focus on marketing activity, technical solution scoping, account management and business development.THE ROLE:To understand and fulfil the responsibilities of each stage of the sales process.Lead solution scoping by providing technical scope and validation of the solution in relation to the customers understanding and needs of the client.Work alongside the sales team to support the development of the business case.Engage with technical stakeholders to ensure solutions meet the customers' requirements.Ensure documentation of technical requirements is updated and maintained to enable opportunities to be closed as forecast.Develop relationships with customers and partners.Campaign planning with the marketing department creating technical content and developing relevant presentations, demo's and webinars.KEY SKILLS AND EXPERTISE: Success in previous IT service environments.A strong business acumen and relationship building skills.Motivated and driven.Strong Knowledge of EUC and Microsoft Modern management technologies.Windows 10, Office 365, SCCM and Intune Expertise.An ability to understand and articulate clearly the benefits of the product/service offerings to both technical and non-technical individuals.
