IT Support Officer

My client based in Bristol are looking for an IT Support Officer on an initial 3 month contract.

You will be working in a busy department of which you will be providing support both over the telephone, and via a face to face contract service. One of your main priorities will be supporting Office 365.

With excellent support experience, you must have

-Active Directory

-In depth Office 365 and Windows Troubleshooting experience

-Experience of ITSM
