Infor M3 Project Manager - Birmingham/London - £50K + Bonus/Car allowance/Benefits - Infor partner This consultancy is in search for a good leader, a project manager who can manage large scale ERP implementation and consulting services. Responsibilities would also include managing cross-functional teams, scope management, developing the detailed project schedule and ensuring all tasks are completed as per the schedule. He or she will have primary ownership of the project deliverables assigned to project team and will provide day-to-day direction to the project team. He or she will be responsible for communicating the project status to the stakeholders and successfully delivering the project in accordance with the prescribed methodology.Responsibilities:Become the owner of the project/ program and guide/lead all phases of the project lifecycleProven ability to lead a large scale project from pre-sales to successful completionProven ability to guide change and influence decision makingProven ability in negotiations.Responsible for defining project scope, schedule, objectives and budget estimates.Track progress towards achievement of project goalsProactively report progress and issuesCoordinate with different teamsLiaise with resource planning to ensure resources are available to support the timelines within the project schedule and budgetDevelop detailed project plans and work schedules for individual consultants and development resourcesMonitor project activities and identify any open issues/risks in each of the phases proactivelyProvide methodology guidance and tailoring for implementation approachAssist project team in understanding the implementation approachDefining project deliverables and critical target milestone datesUpdate the project plan & quality plan to adhere to specified deliverablesProvide periodic status updates to stakeholdersAssist consultants and individual teams in executing activities and producing deliverablesEstablish and monitor compliance with standards for documentation, data, and trainingMonitor and schedule phase activitiesDrive the cutover planQualifications:PMP OR Prince2 OR other project management qualifications ExperienceMinimum of 5+ years in ERP project management.Having completed at least 2 full cycles of ERP end-to-end implementation.Technical competenciesProject management tools and techniquesImplementation methodology (for existing employees)Corporate procedures and tools (for existing employees)Soft skillsExceptional verbal and written communication skills in EnglishStrong collaboration and organizing skillsStrong negotiation skillsExperience leading teams, mentoring and training juniorsProject and program management skillsBehavioral competenciesStrategic thinking and decision-making skillsProblem solvingTeamwork and team managementInnovationPlanning and executionCommunicationAbility to work under pressureAdditional requirementsRequires being mobile and located at different local and customer locations.Results & execution orientationApplicants are considered on an ongoing basis, so it is important to apply asap..
