Agresso Support Analyst - Surrey - £30 to £40K + flexible working/benefits/work from home - Global advertising/marketing agencyCurrently a global client of ours focused in the marketing/advertising sector are keen to hire an Agresso candidate to add to their team. With massive changes and developments to the company-wide system and mobile application they are looking for a junior/mid - level understanding of the system to become an integral aid to the system development project. Offering a flexible working option and a work from home structure they are paying up to £40K (depending on experience) along with company benefits. Main Responsibilities:Deliver business KPI reports and technical finance reporting, developing reporting tools and databases to support reporting across the business.Support of Agresso system answering queries raised by Users of the system and resolving issues raised via the IT Service Desk.Aid any system development, design, complex reconfiguration and upgrades.Proactively aid development of efficiency within the system function through process analysis.Client relationship engagement with internal colleagues as well as relevant 3rd parties.Partner and consult with senior stakeholders to identify, analyse and deliver support solutionsOperate as a team player within the Agresso team to identify and seek out opportunities for continuous improvement.Provide training to business Users on the Agresso system.Technical Requirements:Demonstrable Agresso configuration skills in 4 or more of the following;PurchasingAccounts PayablePCB and SOP InvoicingAccounts ReceivableProjects and Work ordersTimesheets and absenceCore HRTraining and CompetenciesWork flowDemonstrable working level SQL skills. Demonstrable mid-level Excelerator report writing skillsKnowledge of Microsoft packages, specifically Excel, SQL, T-SQL and PowerPointStrong skills in conducting data analysis, assimilation and reportingNon-Technical Requirements:Demonstrable ability to work with little supervisionStrong communication and documentation skillsIn-depth experience of operating within a wide and complex Agresso functionDemonstrable experience of driving change in the Agresso systems and processes to deliver business benefitsExperience of working within a complex organisation with a diverse portfolio of business interestsApplicants are considered on an ongoing basis, so it is important to apply asap..
