IT Operations Manager - circa 55K

Harlow, Essex

Market leader, online retail seller, who employs circa 100 staff, is looking to recruit an IT Operations Manager. Managing an IT team of 6, you will be responsible for all IT across the business, as well as project management. Working closely with the Directors, you will be participating in strategic planning to support the Companies ambitious growth plans, whilst acting as an IT department or company representative to other departments, business partners and stakeholders.

Skills / Environment

Previous Operations Management experience

Broad I.T. knowledge (systems, software, hardware).

Documenting of new integrations, functional specifications and data projects.

Project Management

Prince2 would be a desirable

Microsoft environment

Role Overview

This role incorporates IT, Operation Project Management, as well as technical and administrative support to the IT Director. Candidates will be well-versed in performance and task management, having the ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritise workload and communicate with people at all levels.

Salary: circa 55K
