Business Analyst - PSSA new opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst to join a well-known, hugely successful, global FTSE 100 organisation based in Luton, Bedfordshire. This role comes at an exciting time of growth in line with the launch of new and exciting company initiatives and will focus on specific projects within the business. You must have experience working with a Passenger Service System/PSS (we are very open to which PSS you have used - although one that is high transactional would be beneficial!).The Business Analyst will be responsible for capturing high level business requirements for a Passenger Service System solution, working on complex projects with Development Managers, Technical Architects and Product teams.Key skills required for the Business Analyst:You will have worked with a major airline operator or carrier and can demonstrate working with a home-grown or packaged PSS solution (Passenger Service System) Experience working with third party reservation systemsSpecific experience gathering requirements, scope and change management and project initiationExcellent stakeholder management skillsKnowledge of analysis and development techniques such as Agile and WaterfallExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThis is an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst to work on high profile PSS projects within this very successful, FTSE 100 company, you should be ambitious, analytical and a self-starter!Business Analyst (PSS) - Passenger Service Systems, Reservation Systems, Waterfall, Agile, Business Processes, SDLC, Requirement Gathering, Retail, Airline, Delta AIR, Sabre, Amadeus, Travel SkySalary: £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience) + up to 20% bonus + benefitsLocation: Luton, Bedfordshire Please apply now for more information and immediate consideration!Understanding Recruitment is acting as an agency on behalf of this vacancy.
