Process Analyst
Leeds City Centre
£35,000 - £38,000 + benefits
12 months Fixed Term Contract (high potential for permanent position following completion of contract)
I am currently recruiting for a Process Analyst on a 12-month FTC basis for an Insurance Client of ours who are based in Leeds City Centre. There is a strong potential for this role will go permanent after the 12 months due to the large amount of Business Change activity that is currently going on within the Business. Projects the successful candidate will be working on include process mapping the introduction of a brand-new telephony system, review of the brand-new Insurance platform being introduced for continuous improvement opportunities to heighten the customer experience and working with several newly acquired organisations to align their processes to the wider Groups to ensure best practise is achieved across the global organisation.
Key Experience:
* Proven experience of successful delivery of process improvement into an organisation
* Strong experience in process & continuous improvement techniques
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Visio is essential
* Ideally the candidate will have experience working within Insurance or Financial Services
* Ideally the candidate will have experience working on a customer centric programme
* Highly experienced in working with stakeholders; being comfortable challenging current mind sets/ways of working and influencing change for people who may have worked the same processes for an extended period of time and not initially open to change.
