As a trusted approved recruitment partner to this financial services company we have been asked to assist in the hire of a senior HR Professional to lead an HR transformation project for an organisation with c. 4000 employees.
Key Responsibilities and Scope of role:
Project manage and facilitate all activity arising from the HR transformation workstream and any sub-stream activities:
Work with Head of HR Services to project manage and facilitate key pillars of activity that supports the transformation of centres of excellence. Work with Head of HR Consulting to project manage any activities arising from the consultancy practice workstream
Project manage harmonisation activities and support the Reward Director and SMEs to effectively prioritise, keep track and deliver
Undertake impact analysis activities identifying appropriate solutions and recommendations
Identify future capabilities, incorporate these into respective plans to ensure that capability gaps are minimised and the future skills matrix is built.
Work alongside HR PMO to ensure risks and issues are logged and escalated

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Demonstrable experience in a senior HR role
Experience of partnering senior management teams (up to c-suite) in an HR generalist/business partner capacity
Understanding/experience of operating in a Business Partner/CoE model
Experience of working in regulated environments
Extensive experience leading HR change programmes - from start to finish
Experience of transforming HR functions
Organisational Design experience
Have managed or led restructures (working with Heads of HR and Executive Committee members to facilitate and ensure delivery)
Experienced project manager; skilled in managing project activity, governance, plans and milestones
Have experience of managing harmonisation activities (desirable)
MCIPD (desirable)
