This position requires a highly motivated, organised, energetic and passionate person who offers the best possible service whilst staying calm under pressure.The Role: Process invoices and generate purchase ordersConsolidate work orders for customers, ensuring chargeable items are in line with customer contractsProduce weekly/monthly reports for customersMaintain a comprehensive and well-ordered filing systemInput data on ELC, timesheet detailsOrder parts and arrange subcontractors where requiredTake minutes of meetings when requiredMaintain regular communication with the Managers, Workshop Supervisors and members of the administration team The Person:Customer oriented/service delivery focusedAbility to work methodicallyGood attention to detailExcellent communication skillsAbility to work alone and as part of a teamGood financial understandingThis role is for an immediate start so please send an up-to-date CV ASAP to Sarah Hibberd quoting RTR84330.
