I am currently looking for a passionate Data Scientist to join my client based in the South West for an ongoing evolution and growth transformation project. If you're a problem solver, analytical, innovative and like to be the person to bring the best solutions to varied, complex and intriguing big data sets and challenges within machine learning.

This Data Scientist opportunity comes with day-to-day tasks such as designing solutions to complex challenges and implementing deep learning techniques, prototype solutions provided to the Data Engineering team, supporting mentor-ship and development across organisation and the evaluation and understanding of new business challenges exploring new data science techniques to find the right fit.

To be considered for this Data Scientist role; Relevant relatable degree in Statistics, Maths or engineering/computing related. OR demonstrable work history as a Data Scientist/Analyst.Programming in one or more of the following languages; R, Python, Matlab, Scala or other relevant languages with the ability to learn new ones.Experience processing varied data sets within oceanographic, marine, geospatial or a demonstrated ability to work on a variety of different data analysis requirements.Collaboration and Partnership is essential, with a heightened understanding of data able to bridge the gap between the business & technology.Machine Learning pipelines in both designing and implementation.
