Incident Manager
One of our Shropshire based clients is seeking an Incident Manager to join their expanding team. You will be responsible for owning and operating the Incident Management processes for the group, ensuring that the processes are managed in a controlled manner, and facilitating a high rate of delivery whilst minimising any service impact.
Incident Manager duties will include, but not limited to:
*Driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the incident management process within the business
*Monitor the effectiveness of the current incident management process and make suggestions for any improvements as you see necessary
*Develop and maintain the incident management system
*Producing KPIs and reports
*Drive, develop, manage and maintain the major incident process and its associated procedures
*Review and audit the incident management process as required
As the Incident Manager you will be required to possess:
*Previous experience working within an incident manager role
*Experience working within an ITIL environment
*Experience working within a service operations management environment
*ITIL foundation certified
*ITIL specialist certificate in Incident Management or Problem Management would be desired, but not essential
*Experience with problem management, change management, request fulfilment, event management and access management would be advantageous
