1st Line Service Desk Analyst (Windows Active Directory DMS iManage DHCP DNS). Are you a bright and highly motivated individual looking for an opportunity to utilise and develop your 1st Line Service Desk Analyst knowledge within a friendly and supportive company?

 

Successful high profile law firm is seeking a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst to act as the initial point of contact for all incoming queries to the Service Desk. A number of your responsibilities will include; answering and logging service desk calls, providing desk side support when required, logging all actions taken and resolutions, managing all incidents, service requests and problems in a timely manner and escalating calls to other parts of the Service Desk where necessary.

 

Please note that this is a London based 12 month fixed term contract that has the potential to become a permanent role.

 

Requirements:

Previous experience within a 1st Line Support role (can be a placement year whilst at University)

Good knowledge of Windows 7 & 10 environments

Understanding of Active Directory, DHCP and DNS

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Strong problem solving skills

Desirable: DMS, iManage, CRM
