Service Desk Analyst

My client based in Bristol are looking for a IT Service desk analyst on an initial 3 month contract

You will be working in a busy team of which you will be supporting users over the telephone and logging into the call logging software. You will also be needed to provide face to face support when needed

You must have

-O365 support experience

-Familiar with Active Directory and remote support tools

-Experience of using an ITSM tool
