The Role:
As service delivery manager you will identify the needs of the client and oversee the delivery of the services within the context of the business. The foundation of this position is establishing processes to provide consistently high levels of customer service in a cost-effective manner. You will manage a team and oversee all employees within the service delivery department. You will be enjoy dealing with people who have a passion for providing excellent customer service, who possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and who enjoy working as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Maintain high performing service support functions including IT service desk, Desktop Support and VIP Support.
*Have to ensure the service management processes are adhered to.
*Responsible for call flow management.
*Supporting the OCS SDM with the incident, request and escalation processes.
*Accurately document and report any service improvement.
*Monitor, control and support service delivery ensuring all the systems and methodologies are In place.
*Responsible for the quality of service and performance.
*Work Along side 3rd parties to improve incident, request and escalation processes.
Skills and Experience Required:
*Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong management skills.
*Previous experience in customer support/customer relations in a client facing environment.
*Previous experience in Service delivery and incident response
*Experience in Horizon and Akixi platforms is desirable.
*Eager to learn & self improve.
*MS Office experience
*Analytical thinker, problem solver, ability to work under pressure.
Benefits:
Starting salary of £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience plus an comprehensive company benefits package!
