The Role:

As a 1st Line Application Support Analyst you will be providing quality technical support to the company's valued customers whilst adhering to the defined quality standards of customer care. The role entails providing guidance to customers and managing/resolving customer issues relating to the company's full range of comprehensive products and services. As a motivated member of the team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your customer relation skills by going the extra mile to ensure the customer service standards of the company are met and client demands are fulfilled. You will be resolving incidents and proactively finding a solution to the problems you will have identified.
As a member of a support team, you will showcase a strong interest for customer service, effective at building relationships, self-motivated and able to communicate naturally with team members and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

*To provide 1st Line technical support to IT users, assisting them with hardware and software issues via phone email or in person support.
*Maintain a high quality customer service for all support queries and comply with all service principles.
*Ensure that all SLA's are met and to take responsibility for all incident requests.
*Recording all calls on the system and maintains full documentation.
*Provide training and give advice to the users of computer equipment.
*Follow the necessary escalation process when dealing with an incident.
*Horizon Telephony Support.

Skills and Experience Required:

*Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
*Previous experience in customer support/customer relations in a client facing environment.
*Eager to learn & self improve.
*MS Office experience
*Analytical thinker, problem solver, ability to work under pressure.


Starting salary of £30,000 - £31,000 depending on experience plus an comprehensive company benefits package!
