IT Support Technician, IT Services Helpdesk

Description of the post/responsibilities

*Working within IT Services ServiceDesk, will involve telephone contact and triaging these calls into an incident logging system.

*Possible work on face to face counter service.

*Point of contact for Office365 queries.

Essential skills and experience required

*Familiar with Active Directory and remote support tools for software installs and troubleshooting issues.

*In-depth Office365 and Windows troubleshooting skills.

*Experience with dealing with user queries face to face and via telephone and email.

*Experience of using an ITSM tool for incident logging and resolution.
