Project Planner (Government Department), Change Project, Programme, Planning, Planned, Path Tracking, DVLA, DFT, APMG, Government Digital, GDS, Digital Service, Management Information, MI, Manager, Prince2, Policy, Strategy, Strategic, Public Sector,Our Government client based in London requires a Project Planner to support a complex IT-enabled change project and transformation initiative.The Project Planner will establish/maintain the End-to-End Plan, be accountable for elicitation of updates from workstreams and SME's, and facilitate planning sessions with a range of stakeholders including at very senior levels. (Director)

They will establish/maintain critical path analysis, dependency analysis and milestone tracking to report strategically and generate MI.Key Skills / ExperienceProvide evidence of experience of working as a Project Planner on large scale, complex IT and change Projects/Programme(s)Provide evidence of experience of working as a Project Planner in a large-scale change programme within a Policy-Led environment, preferably within the Public Sector / GovernmentProvide evidence of expert proficiency in MS Project including dependency management and critical path trackingProvide evidence of experience in generating Management Information (MI) reports, ideally automatically, for multiple audiences including project reviews, delivery review, leadership team and executives.Provide evidence of experience working collaboratively with stakeholders of all levels of experience and maturity to ensure the project plan (and associated reporting artefacts) are provided in a timely manner.Provide evidence of an understanding of the Government Digital Service's Design Principles and Digital Service StandardProvide evidence of a suitable qualification in Project and/or Programme Management, such as Prince II, Managing Successful Programmes, PMP, APMG etc
