The Role: The Content Design Manager will work in an Agile environment. You will manage and collaborate with visual and UX Designers, project managers, techs and stakeholders and collaborate with managers of other design disciplines. You'll be across everything: research, analytics, insight, writing, testing. You'll be shaping content's role across a wide range of digital projects, supporting and influencing senior stakeholders and championing content design across the business.

Requirements:Strong portfolio of digital content and copywriting workDemonstrable experience researching, designing, and crafting content-led experiences in fast-paced, commercial environmentExperience in leading or managing in-house and freelance content designers - either agency or client sideProven experience of successful management and delivery of content design and copywriting elements of medium-to-large projectsExceptional commercial awareness, strategic thinking and an ability to deliver customer-focused content FOR YOUSalary: £50,000 - £73,000 + Bonus & Competitive Benefits PackageAccess to training to help you progress and develop your technical skills and careerPension Scheme - You contribute 7%, topped up 23%Car allowance - £465624 Days bank holiday plus bank holidaysThe ability to 'buy' up to 10 days more holidayAccess to an annual performance related bonus schemeFlexible benefits scheme giving you access to discount vouchers at various retail outlets
