Enterprise Architect - Data

Central London - initial 3 Month Contract

International Law Firm

up to £675 per day

As a preferred and trusted recruitment partner to this well-known international law firm, we have been asked to assist in the recruitment of an established Enterprise Architect with a specialism in information / data architecture to join them on a contract basis at their HQ in London.

This position requires prior experience in information systems design and data architecture. The ideal candidate will have worked in Enterprise Architecture for at least two years, and will have come from a background in Data Analysis / Analytics.

Skills & Experience Required

-Experience as Enterprise Architect for Data Architecture / Information Architecture

-Experience in Designing Information Systems and Implementing Information Systems

-Able to communicate at all levels (explain complex technical issues with non-technical language)

-Business Capability Modelling, Information and Data Modelling, Information Classification

-Understanding in Common Information Architecture Frameworks (IA Frameworks)

-Evaluating and Analysing Complex Design Propositions

-Senior Stakeholder Management / Relationship Management

-Understanding of Meta-Models, Taxonomies, Ontologies

-Difficulties in Applying Structured Techniques (Data Modelling) to less-structured sources

-Familiar with Data Science Concepts, including MDM (Master Data Management), Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse Design and Implementation Techniques

-Distributed Management and Analytics in Cloud / Hybrid Environments

-Data Access and Analytics Approached (microservices, event-based architectures)

-Working with Global Virtual Teams

-Working with Agile Delivery Environments

-Prior experience as a Data Analyst highly desirable
