About you:
You are an accomplished full stack Java developer with a strong background in building high quality software using a range of frameworks, modern techniques, patterns and practices. You have experience working on green field projects as well as maintaining and transforming established code bases to meet business needs and requirements. You take pride in your work and enjoy working as part of team, delivering quality software that will make a difference to our customers.
Day-to-day, you will: Work as part of the Agile team reviewing requirement specifications, contributing to analysis, estimation, design, development, configuration, implementation and testing of software solutions Contribute to the overall definition of the software development process, providing feedback and analysis on opportunities for optimisation Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day development, maintenance and support duties to include but not limited to; Developing & unit testing new features Improving system and component performance Peer reviews of software deliverables Version control and release management Mentoring junior developers As a well-rounded Senior Java Developer, your Skills and Experiences likely include: Experience with Java technologies, unit testing and Spring framework Strong understanding of front end technologies - HTML, SCSS, Javascript ES6 and ReactJS Strong understanding of Relational Databases, Hibernate and MySQL Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem definition & solving skills Understanding of Java development best practice and the benefit of incorporating these What does Access offer you?
