Product Security Manager CSC
Would you like to shape the Product Security design for Naval Ships? We currently have a vacancy for a Product Security Manager at our site in Scotstoun.
As a Product Security Manager, you will be working alongside our Canadian customer to ensure that product and cyber security standards are met. This will be in a customer facing role helping our customer understand and maintain contractual obligations of the product. You will also be working alongside the engineering manager for the Canadian programme and other engineering teams to ensure standards are maintained throughout.
This role will provide you with the opportunity grow within the role moulding it to your strengths whilst building a team within a growing business.
Your main responsibilities as a Product Security Manager will involve:

Define and develop the security requirements in conjunction with the customer. Ensuring baseline design for Security meets the Canadian requirements and the platform design meets the Canadian cyber security management plan.
Provide security expert advice and guidance to the customer and Liaise with stakeholders and influence design to ensure solution is secure.
Organise and deliver security meetings.
Assist prime integrator (Lockheed) to deliver quality security documentation.
Ensure security of PMS and Plant in terms of design, delivery and acceptance.
Ensure all aspects of security (physical, personnel, IT, process etc) are present and working.
Ensure decisions are captured and documented.
Ensure security requirements are understood and acted on by Engineering.
Consider and deliver through-life security.
Prepare a security process for the manufacturing phase.
Business development

Your skills and qualifications:

Experience of ship delivery and physical security
Experience of operational security (ideally of a dockyard)
Knowledge and understanding of security risk assessment and RMADS.
Technical understanding of systems and their security aspects.
Technical understanding of software systems including data networking.
Ability to proactively communicate verbally and in writing to management, customers and peers and ability to influence stakeholders.
