One of the UK's leaders in its field are experiencing some really exciting accelerated growth and are looking to continue to grow their already expanding software test team which sits within their nearly 50 strong IT team. We are looking for multiple junior to mid-level Software Test Analysts who are hungry to learn and develop their skills in automation testing. Formal training will be provided as well as on the job training. Key responsibilities will include developing and executing test plans and scripts from functional and business requirements ensuring the business operates in a structured and professional testing environment and that all testing completed in line with agreed acceptance criteria and business requirements. The successful Test Analyst will also be accountable for ensuring that the necessary testing and configuration has been performed and ready for approval by all stakeholders.Skills and experience required;Previous experience in a software testing roleExperience of automation testing would be highly advantageousExperience of working in a project team function would be beneficialKnowledge of functional and non-functional test toolsGood understanding of Prince 2 and/or Agile project methodologiesExperience of System and Acceptance TestingKnowledge and experience of developing manual and automated testing scriptsGood understanding of software development principlesIf you are a Test Analyst with the drive to learn and develop your career in automation testing in a fast paced and vibrant working environment, please call on 01179 309 721 or reply with a copy of your most up-to-date CV for immediate consideration.
