I am working with a client who is looking for a HSE Project Advisor for complete a 3 year contract in the Bristol area. The successful candidate will report directly to the group HSE Manager with a view to implementing risk mitigation measures and risk prevention strategies and assisting with implementing and maintaining health and safety in the workplace in line with legislation, company policies, procedures and practices. Responsibilities: Guide and support a sustainable reporting setup that runs effectively and efficiently throughout the companyAnalyse information gathered by investigation and report findings and recommendationsOversee all accidents and incidents and investigate to identify the root cause, contributing factors and corrective and preventative actionsLog all near misses and report data back to HSE ManagerConduct HSE related safety meetingsKeep up to date with new legislation and maintain a working knowledge of all Health and Safety legislationLiaise with all Project Managers, Site Managers and Site Agents in order to promote a safe working environment for all colleagues, providing specialist and technical adviceTrain site teams re incident/accident investigation processSafety site visits throughout EuropeEvaluate site safety documentationParticipate in the investigation of accidents, conduct interviews, post-incident, working closely with the HR/ HSE Manager during the process.Ideally you need to have experience of working on a construction site with heavy fabrications.If you are interested please respond with your most recent CV.Thanks Jennie To find out more about Progressive Recruitment please visit www.progressiverecruitment.comProgressive Recruitment, a trading division of SThree Partnership LLP is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy | Registered office | 1st Floor, 75 King William Street, London, EC4N 7BE, United Kingdom | Partnership Number | OC387148 England and Wales
