Are you a Production Planner from a manufacturing background looking for to play an integral role in the ongoing success of a globally renowned company offering you further career development?On offer in this excellent new opening is the chance to play a key part in the production deportment by maintaining an achievable production plan across the manufacturing departments.The Company themselves are market leaders in supplying solutions into the medical and pharmaceutical sector and due to continued success they are looking to bring in a Production Planner to add to their already talented team.This role would suit a Production planner with a manufacturing background looking for a progressive role where you will be seen as industry expert.The Role:- Responsible for maintaining an achievable production plan across the manufacturing departments

- detailed knowledge of BOM's / Structures is required. Understanding the consequences of maintaining data integrity to ensure that all levels of the BOM / Structure are accurate

- Have an understanding of the MRP process and the parameters that determine the supply and demand recommendations and exceptions generated.

- Create, plan and schedule shop order recommendations and exceptions in line with material and capacity constraintsThe Person:- Production planning / scheduling or similar business process

- Previous experience of ERP systems

- Experience within manufacturing industry
