Contract IT Project Manager - £400p/d - £500p/d - 6 Months initially

As a preferred recruitment partner to this well-established global financial services organisation we have been instructed to assist with the hire of a Technical Project Manager, who will be responsible for planning, executing and finalising solutions related to new and existing IT applications and services.

You will provide technology strategy planning for projects, integrate information technologies into the company, coordinate with internal resources and vendors on execution of projects, ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Skills / Environment

*Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector

*Solid technical background, with understanding and hands-on experience in Network, software and Infrastructure technologies

*PMP / Prince2 certification

*Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

*Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

*Good understanding of IT security solutions

*Risk Management and Project management Experience.
