Your job will be to design, develop, test and maintain production quality firmware using the necessary development tools for the range of microcontrollers and embedded systems used across the company's product portfolio.
You will be given the opportunity of autonomy to express yourself and show off your creative engineering flair in designing new products and see your work out in the real-world helping contribute to health and safety across an array of applications.
Key Skills
-Embedded Firmware development using C
-Comms Protocols: I2C, SPI, Bluetooth, Low-energy
-32-Bit Microcontrollers including ARM and PIC
-RTOS (FreeRTOS)
-Use of GNU toolchain
Nice to have skills
-Knowledge of telemetry communications using cellular modems using AT commands and the MQTT protocol
-Development on Espressiv Systems ESP32 module
-IoT
