Real Time Recruitment Solutions https://www.rtrs.co.uk Electronic Design Engineer / Development Eng - Gloucester - Up to £60kMy client is a well-known organisation within the defense industry and are looking for multiple Electronic Design Engineers / Development Engineers to join the team.
We are looking for versatile individuals who are self-starters and team players with a proven ability to learn quickly to work on projects of a national importance. The roles can vary between hardware, software and communication systems.
For this role you would be applicable to basic level clearance; meaning you would need to be a UK/EU Citizen who has lived in the UK for the last 5 yrs and has no criminal convictions.
Requirements:
Core competencies would include a background in one of the following; either Radio Frequency Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Communications Engineering
If you have exposure of any of the below desirable skills then my client would be very interested in speaking to you..Developing Digital Signal Processing (DSP) algorithms and architectures (FTT, filter banks, multi-rate processing, image processing).Radio Frequency (RF) communication theory and communication system design.Software Defined Radio (SDR) technologies, including GNURadio or REDHAWK.C++, Python or Embedded C.FPGA technologies and languages, e.g. VHDL or Verilog.Software and hardware testing using frameworks such as Jenkins.Leadership or mentoring skillsVulnerability research.Penetration testing.Development or administration of embedded Linux systems.TO FIND OUT MORE AND FOR AN IMMEDIATE INTERVIEW PLEASE SEND YOUR CV TO Richard Metcalfe AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
