Evolution Recruitment are working with TalkTalk (recognised as a TOP 10 tech company to work for in Manchester) who are currently engaged in a multi million pound programme to deliver their ultra-fast fibre product to consumer and business users. They are on a digital transformation and are investing heavily into new IT applications to improve the customer experience and new opportunities have emerged to join the rapidly growing digital team.
We are looking for Solution Designers who will work closely with business stakeholders/analysts to understand the business requirements so that the design can be produced. You'll then work closely with the software development teams and suppliers to ensure the design is delivered to YOUR specification.
About you
Whether you specialise in the design of HLD's or you would like to advance further with them then we are interested in speaking with you. This is a hands off role but we ask that you have experience working on projects with C#, C++ or Java AND Oracle or SQL.
You will be working on enterprise level complex projects and will create solutions built on the best practices and architecture techniques, using industry frameworks and standards such as Togaf, UML, SOA, and Data Modelling.
Excellent communication skills are necessary as you will collaborate closely with stakeholders including; Architects, BA's and Delivery Managers.
Knowledge of any telecommunications systems and products (BSS/OSS, Customer Relationship Management, Billing, Order Management, Networks, LLU, Fibre, Ethernet , SIP) would be highly desirable.
