So you're coding day in day out as it's what you love to do.You keep hearing about new technologies. or newer versions of technologies that are emerging, and you think to yourself "I wish I could work with that, it would probably improve this project I'm working on"
You speak to your boss about it, they say they are listening and appreciate your input but they know to get any new tech signed off, they need to jump through hoop after hoop due to archaic processes. Either that or they're a dinosaur.
You go back to work on your project, using standard ASP.NET, C# and MVC and have to play around with newer stuff in your own time.
Well, there is another way. Some companies out there embrace change and are always looking at new tech to incorporate in to their stack, as they know the benefits of moving ahead with the times.
Take my Woking based client for example. Historically they were VB.NET and WebForms based, then they moved to C# and MVC, and now they're playing around with .NET Core, React, TypeScript, EF Core, to name but a few.
They are looking for 4 Developers to join the team (2 Senior, 2 Mid-Level)
I've placed 4 people there over the past couple of years , all are still there which is always a good sign. They love that they are treated like an adult, can suggest ideas and play around with new technologies.
They have an impressive client list that includes the likes of Sony, Thales, Nokia, Capita, Deloitte and more, so you could say they're good at what they do.
Salaries to £53k, 21 holidays which increase with service, pension, flexi time and more.
