A leading financial organisation based in London is currently recruiting for an Application Technical Lead to better establish & manage strategic relationships between IT and Business representatives. As the Application technical lead you will be accountable for the all IT offerings in accordance with business requirements and potential expectations. Throughout this role the successful Application technical lead will be assesses the current business state and promote new ideas with a fresh innovative perspective to improve both business and IT. The Application Technical lead will be a strong team player and have strong stakeholder management skills and be comfortable under pressure.

Accountabilities

*Customer satisfaction with end to end solutions delivered to the business

*Delivery of solutions that meet requirements, according to agreed project scope, time and budget

*Operational experience on agreed Service Level Agreements for maintenance and enhancements

*Successful implementation of solutions to the Business organization

*Improved usage of standard solutions

Responsibilities

*Strive to influence demand volume in order to optimize capacity delivery

*Understand the needs and levels of satisfaction of Business Representatives

*Capture and document the business objectives and the high level functional requirements

*Identify opportunities for synergies across solutions and business requirements

*Ensure issues escalated by the Business Representatives are managed in an efficient way

*Responsible and accountable for the compliance of projects and solutions delivered to the business

*Contribute to business process harmonisation as required.

*Support business stakeholders in identifying the impact of process and system changes on the business organization

*Accountable for the completion of business cases and their prioritisation

*Ensure effective deployment of new and modified services

*Facilitate sign off of User Acceptance Tests (UAT)

*Ensure delivered services are according to agreed service level agreements (SLA) breaches and ensure corrective actions are implemented

*Ensure SLAs are relevant, achievable and cost effective in delivery

*Accountable to implement business specifications according to Group standards and SLAs

*Accountable for Solution and underlying services proper description in catalogues

*Propose innovation and new technology to support business needs

*Conduct timely annual and internal performance reviews and set objectives to cultivate a culture of high performance

*Salesforce experience would be desirable
