Head of Architecture / Director of Architecture - IT / Business / Perm or contract to perm (potential) , West Midlands and London travel Director, Head of Architecture, Regulatory Environment, Energy, Gas, Electric, Regulatory environment, Head of Practise My leading client is looking for a Head / Director of Architecture to join an organisation with very progressive growth plans. You must have a proven track record in delivering significant business growth through technology innovation and establishing a Architecture function from the ground up, within a company that is has a large agile development environment with a huge output.They are looking for a proven background of implementing complex and robust enterprise wide architectures within either a Regulatory / Retail Energy environment (ideally) or a successful IT startup that has scaled and transformed. You must be able to show a Thought leader and be an evenlagist of new Technology to the organisation is key. You will be leading a team of approx 10 people with direct influence over 240 IT resources Ideally you will haveHas had deep domain knowledge in the Utilities/ Energy sector OR proven experience of scaling a start-up to significant prominenceYou are a big-picture thinker who is dedicated, innovative, creative and has a willing to take action attitude.Adapts industry and internal practices to solve complex technical problems and drive new processes and solutions (including developing TOE standards)Adapt industry and internal practices to improve security by designInfluences the redesign of business processes and related business data by interfacing with Product Owners and other relevant stakeholdersProven experience in creating and managing teamsExperience with on premise and cloudExperience designing and managing server vitalisation platforms at scaleExperience with multi-technology storage vendorsExperience with capacity planningIf this sounds of interest please send me your profile to discuss in more detail
