Founded in 2013, this company is a rapidly expanding team of designers, developers and engineers who help SMEs and larger blue-chip corporations around the UK and abroad to better leverage technology within their business. They work closely with their clients to deliver solutions that help to transform their business, and take pride (and have fun!) coding solutions to interesting problems.

They are looking for an ambitious and driven Scrum master with experience of managing large, multi-disciplined agile software development teams. You will be working with talented designers, developers and business analysts to help deliver large-scale solutions for their clients. You'll need proven experience in working with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority, and maintaining excellent professional relationships with all members of the team.

Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience working in an Agile software development process, managed using Scrum. Scrum certifications would be beneficial; experience running Scrum ceremonies is crucial

- Experience coordinating software development and delivery teams

- Must be able to manage product owner and business analyst expectations using statistical analysis of project metrics

- Able to resolve project issues in a timely and professional fashion by coordinating with external product owners and business analysts

- Experience in using project management tools such as JIRA or Target Process would be beneficial
